Here’s another combination, this one I concocted this morning. This is an upgrade from my tried, tested and true recovery drink.
- 350ml of water
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of PowerBar Protein Plus (Chocolate)
Mix that up in a blender and enjoy (add ice cubes on a hot day).
