And if you reach up.. then I will reach up too
I have two track races in my crosshairs right now and I’m pretty excited for them. The first will be a 5000m in London, the second stop in the 401 Series. Ten days later I’ll race a 10 000m at the African Championships Prefontaine Classic. The 10 000m is going to be run the night before the rest of the races. Check out the start list!

I just saw this start list tonight and my motivation has already risen. My plan will be simple; hold on for dear life! The funny part is that I roomed with Shawn Forrest at the NYC 1/2 and told him he should race the Pre 10 000m. Now I just need to make sure I stay one step ahead of an injured foot if I’m going to have any chance of running with those boys.
Here’s a trailer for the mini-doc on Kenya that Francis and Mat are putting together:
I’ve been using 7Systems for a few months now and I’ve been feeling healthy and strong. Check out the promo vid:

Hey Reid, goodluck with the preps for this big one. We met a few times in Iten,I am that crazy Physio from Holland. I showed today Wilson Kiprop this list and probably he cannot sleep anymore. As current African champ. and 1/2 marathon World champ., he found that should be there for sure. He was seriously injured since october last year, but now a month back in real training. Last week a test 10km-1km jog-5km test on Kamarini track (you know the place) 29.00 and 14.07. If his manager gets him still in this race (for me) he will be the favorite by far. Otherwise he will run on the 28th of this month a competition 10km on the same track. On his way to Daegu 10.000!
29:00 and 14:07 on that track is the real deal! Best of luck to Wilson Kiprop. Hope all is well in Iten.
Hi to Jeroen.. Funny place to run into you here!
Thanks again for introducing me to Wilson. He let me finish filming his profile at his home near the airport. Will be good to see him back from injury, thanks to you!
