Stanford 10 000m

I’m not on the startlist but, I am in the race.  The field looks good and should be a great race for me to try and run a bit faster than two weeks ago.  Now I just have to hope for good weather and to feel good on the right day.  I’m taking the mileage down a little bit so that should help me feel snappy for the race. I pretty much trained through Mt.
