I’m actually feeling OK for the morning after a marathon.  Getting up from a chair isn’t quite smooth but I can walk fairly normally.  Our Physio here, Ron O’Hare, has been great and getting a flush after a marathon helped a ton.

I’ll write a more complete race re-cap when I have the time.  We’re off to cheer on Tara in the Women’s marathon and then watch the Men’s 5000 and 800 and Women’s 1500 at the track this afternoon.

Well done Man. Is it too early to ask if you’ll do a Thon next year? Or will 2010 be a 5000-10000 focus?

Congratulations! Hard fought, still, well done. I’m looking forward to reading more in the months/years down the road.

With two under the belt now have you decided if the Marathon is ‘your’ event yet?
